Our story
Healthcare IT vendors often speak past the people who run small and medium practices. Easy MD Forms started with a simple mandate: make compliant communications feel modern and manageable, without asking teams to become security engineers.

Headquarters: Ocala, FL, United States. We work with clinics across the United States and support remote rollouts when on-site visits are not required.

We document controls—BAAs, encryption, access management, audit logging, and incident response—in plain language for privacy officers and practice managers. Plenty of vendors display SOC 2 and HITRUST badges. We display what we've actually earned.
